The oscilloscope offers a 50 MHz bandwidth, 250 MS/s sampling rate, 1 Kpts memory depth, vertical sensitivity from 10 mV/div to 10 V/div, and a maximum input voltage of ±400 V. It supports Y-T, Rolling, and X-Y display modes, as well as mathematical functions like FFT.

The multimeter measures AC/DC voltage (up to 1000 V DC and 750 V AC), AC/DC current (up to 10 A), resistance (up to 20 MΩ), capacitance (up to 99.99 mF), temperature (-55°C to 1300°C), and includes diode and continuity tests.
