The product I want to buy is out of stock - when are you expecting a new delivery?

The delivery time depends on many factors. If you want quick information about a new delivery - contact the Customer Service Office.

We encourage you to use the "Notify about availability" button visible on the product card. At the time of a new delivery, you will receive an email notification of the new delivery.

The purchased item does not work - I want to make a complaint for it

If the item purchased from us does not work - contact our service. You will receive information about the complaint procedure and further steps to be taken.

I want to return the purchased item

You can return the purchased item within 14 days of receiving the parcel. The buyer bears the costs of shipping the goods to the store. We do not accept COD shipments.
The shipment should include information with presonal data (from which the order was placed), the order number, the bank account number to which we are to return the funds and attach the receipt.

Do you ship abroad?

Of course! We carry out shipments all over Europe. We send parcels by DPD courier. Just complete the order and choose the shipping method "DPD Europe courier".

How do I pay for my order?

Depending on the payment method you choose when placing the order.

"Pay with PayPal" - you will be redirected to the PayPal website, where, after logging in to your PayPal account, you will be able to pay for the order.

"Pay by bank transfer" - after selecting this payment option you will receive information with the necessary data needed to make the transfer. You will also receive such information on the e-mail address provided when placing the order.
Now you need to go to your bank's website and make a traditional transfer, supplementing it with previously received information.
